On Saturday, November 30, 2024, the Sikh Community Connections Inc. hosted a transformative Sikh Parenting Workshop at the Hume Global Learning Centre in Craigieburn. This full-day event aimed to empower parents and grandparents within the Sikh community to foster spiritually grounded and emotionally balanced children.

Led by Bhai Jagjit Singh, a seasoned speaker from the Khalsa Foundation with over two decades of experience, the workshop delved into parenting through the lens of Gurmatโ€”the teachings of the Sikh Gurus. Participants explored how to integrate Sikh values into daily parenting practices, emphasizing the importance of nurturing a harmonious family environment rooted in spiritual understanding.
