On Saturday, November 30, 2024, the Sikh Community Connections Inc. hosted a transformative Sikh Parenting Workshop at the Hume Global Learning Centre in Craigieburn. This full-day event aimed to empower parents and grandparents within the Sikh community to foster spiritually grounded and emotionally balanced children.

Led by Bhai Jagjit Singh, a seasoned speaker from the Khalsa Foundation with over two decades of experience, the workshop delved into parenting through the lens of Gurmat—the teachings of the Sikh Gurus. Participants explored how to integrate Sikh values into daily parenting practices, emphasizing the importance of nurturing a harmonious family environment rooted in spiritual understanding.
